Printlet GmbH emerges from INFOX as software specialist for individualized customer communication

Troisdorf, May 26, 2021 | As early as the first quarter of 2021, INFOX began spinning off its Software & IT business unit into an independent business enterprise - Printlet GmbH. With this step, the INFOX Group of Companies is further advancing the concentration of its areas of expertise in logistics, digital printing and software solutions. In addition to the logistics company INFOX and the printing service provider Omnidata, Printlet now complements the corporate group as a software specialist. By bundling their competencies, the companies realize innovative logistics and marketing solutions - the INFOX Solutions. More than 600 well-known customers, for example from the tourism, e-commerce, health care, insurance and publishing industries, rely on the solutions of the corporate group.

Printlet Specialties: Marketing Automation and Hyper-Individualization

Printlet specializes in the high-performance & automated creation of documents in digital and print format - with the aim of making graphics processes more efficient and marketing measures more effective through individualization. To achieve this, the company uses software solutions developed in-house in the areas of variable data publishing, dynamic layout processes and workflow automation. With its portfolio of services, Printlet GmbH has positioned itself as an expert in data-driven marketing, workflow automation and programmatic print. Printlet also develops user interfaces such as web stores or (Web-2-Print) portals, CMS systems, modules for ERP systems, production planning and control systems, and custom software.

The latest solution from the software specialist Printlet is an interface developed in-house for the Shopify store system for automated marketing campaigns. Based on workflows and dynamic layouts, which are defined once with the store operators, trigger-based print and e-mailings are sent out. With the system, shopping cart abandoners can be reactivated, customers can be made loyal, and products can be recommended. Individual customer catalogs can also be created via the interface.
