§1 Information on the collection of personal data and provider identification
- In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using this website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.
- Service provider according to § 13 Tele Media Act (TMA) and responsible body according to § 3 para. 7 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is INFOX GmbH & Co. KG, see our imprint.
§2 Rights to information and revocation
- You have the right to request information from us at any time about the data stored about you, its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on, and the purpose for which your data is stored.
- If you have given your consent to the use of data, you can revoke it at any time.
- Please send all requests for information, requests for disclosure or objections to data processing by e-mail to Datenschutz@infox.de or to the address mentioned in § 1 paragraph 2.
§3 Data Security
1. We maintain current technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from dangers during data transmission and from third parties gaining knowledge. Your sensitive information (such as your credit card details) is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) each time you register or make a booking. These are adapted to the current state of the art in each case.
2. Although we work with economically justifiable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. For this reason, we ask you not to enter credit card details in fields on our web pages unless you are explicitly asked to do so and the field is specifically marked for this purpose.

§8. Use of our portal
1. If you want to use our portal, you must register by entering your e-mail address, a password of your choice and your freely selectable user name. Access requirement is the registration as Infox Agency in the known registration procedure and registration of the travel agency employee as a shipping agent, which will be activated by the agency. We use the so-called double-opt-in procedure for the registration as a travel agent, i.e. your registration is only complete when you have confirmed your registration by clicking on the link contained in the confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose. If your confirmation is not sent promptly, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database.
2. If you use our portal, we store your data necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, as well as information on the method of payment. Furthermore, we store the voluntary data provided by you.
3. If you use the portal, your data can be made available to other participants for the provision of services according to the contractual performance.

- If you want to order something in our webshop, create a customer account, where your data will be saved for later purchases. Mandatory information necessary for the processing of contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary.
- We will use the data you provide to process your orders for the duration of our agency contract. For this purpose, we pass on your address data to an assigned shipping company and, if necessary, your payment data to our house bank as well as to bankdatencheck.de. We delete these after the contract has been processed and the tax and commercial law obligations to retain data have expired.

§10. Newsletter
1. After you have registered for an email newsletter, we will save your email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The storage is solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. Furthermore, we store your IP addresses and the times of registration and confirmation in order to prevent misuse of your personal data.
2. Only the e-mail address is mandatory for sending the newsletter. The indication of further, separately marked, information is voluntary and is only used to personalize the newsletter.
3. We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons, also called tracking pixels. These are one-pixel image files that link to our website and thus enable us to evaluate your user behaviour. This is done by collecting the data mentioned in § 4 as well as web beacons, which are assigned to your e-mail address and linked to your own ID.
§11. Etracker (web analysis/tracking)
This website uses technologies from Etracker GmbH (http://www.etracker.com) to collect and store data for marketing and optimization purposes. This data can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the visitor's Internet browser. The cookies enable the recognition of the Internet browser. The data collected with the tracker technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor of this website without the separately given consent of the person concerned and will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
